Casa Feliz is a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a hall, a terrace, a swimming pool, parking, a tennis court, and a nearby golf course.
- On the ground floor are the kitchen, lounge with a large sofa and TV, the first bedroom with a queen bed and its bathroom.
- On the upper floor, we have a room with two queen beds and a private bathroom, the second bedroom with a king-size bed and an individual bed with a private bathroom, the terrace that communicates with the last large room with a king-size bed and a single bed, and a huge bathroom.
- We offer our customers sheets, towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and an iron for accommodation.
- Included in the price, guests have a water supply (because it is not drinkable) at home, and a weekly change of sheets and beach towels.
INCLUDED:
- Beach towel (1 per guest) changed after 6 nights
NOT INCLUDED:
-Disposable items such as toilet paper, trash bags, etc. (these items will be replaced during the daily cleaning, but in case you need more, you will need to get them from one of the nearby stores).
- Basic kitchen ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, ice).
-Charcoal for the grill.
Guests have access to the entire villa, the parking area, and the shared swimming pool, provided they respect the condominium rules.
The Villa is in a gated community because the neighbourhood is highly regarded.
Please be a good neighbour. Stay quiet in the common area and at night.
LAUNDRY SERVICE:
We offer our guests laundry service included with every stay lasting longer than 3 nights.
Our guests will have one included service for every 4 nights of stay (4 nights: 1 service, 6 nights: 2 services, and so on).
To use the service, you will need to ask for it via WhatsApp (to Valentina) before 11 am.
The service takes up to 24 hours to complete (it could take longer if itâs a large quantity). For this reason, we will include instructions in the welcome message and the last day available to organise it.

One of our collaborators, Valentina, will be available via WhatsApp to answer any questions about your holiday at our house.
Valentina will be able to help you if you want to book tours, visit the numerous parks and cenotes in the area, or with anything else you may need to get to know the Riviera Maya.

Valentina, our collaborator, will be happy to help you with everything you need about your vacation in the Riviera Maya. Our guests will receive dedicated customer service from booking through check-out.
For your first access to Playacar, you must show your Vrbo reservation, access code, and ID at the entrance.
The next day, you can pick up access bracelets (Valentina will contact the guest at least 48 hours in advance to request them) at the administration office. If you arrive when the office is closed, you can still enter with your reservation and ID until the office opens the next morning.
15 minutes before check-in, the guest will receive the location from Google Maps, the address and lockbox code to take out the key, on WhatsApp, and the written address on Vrbo.
In case of difficulty finding the house, our customer service will be available to guide the guest, and in case of problems with the lock, our manager will be there to help.
Office schedule is Mon/Fri 9 am/5 pm and Saturday 9 am/12 pm.
1. Rules of the Condominium: - It is forbidden to have parties with loud music after 10 p.m. - The consumption of drugs is prohibited, inside or outside the property and in the surrounding neighbourhood - In case of being fined for noise or any other inappropriate behaviour, these penalties will be charged to the guest. - It is forbidden to smoke inside the house. 2. Recommendations: -When you leave the property, you must close all doors and windows (We are not responsible for theft or loss) - Each room has a key chain; the loss of any of them has a value of 25 USD, which will be extracted from your security deposit. THE BATH TOWELS WILL BE CHANGED EVERY 3 NIGHTS, AND THE BEACH TOWELS EVERY 7 NIGHTS. TOWELS ARE NOT CARPETS. IN CASE OF FINDING TOWELS ON THE FLOOR OR USED AS CARPET, THESE WILL NOT BE CHANGED BEFORE THE INDICATED TERM, AND THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PAY 300 PESOS EACH (15 USD). This is BECAUSE THE TOWELS WITH DIRT STAINS CAN NOT BE WASHED, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE NEW TOWELS INSTEAD OF USING THEM AS A CARPET. - Please do not drink the tap water; you will find in the property several gallons of water with a capacity of 20 litres, to refill it. - You can use the tap water safe for cooking, bathing, etc. - When you enter through the Condominium Playacar Phase 1, the security personnel may ask you for some ID, which must be returned to you when you leave the condominium. - In case the security personnel of Playacar asks you where you are going, you have to give the name of the villa, as well as the address
