You will be 75 Steps to the Beach on the North end of Playacar Fase Uno and will be able to cool off in one of the two swimming pools.

The Space:
Our luxury beach villa sleeps 8 comfortably and can fit up to 10 guests.

- It has two master suite bedrooms making it ideal for a multi-family vacation (one in ground floor and one in 2nd floor).
Each spacious master suite includes a king size bed, a large ensuite bathroom, dressing room, TV and coffee table.

- Bedroom 3 & 4 (ground floor) both have plentiful closet space, TV, pool access and share a bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has 2 double size beds.

- Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with TV and large dinning area to sit down with the whole family.

- Our rooftop lounge with BBQ grill and pool has some of the Best Caribbean Sea Views in all of Playacar private homes!

- The technology is as you’d expect with five satellite TVs with the latest technology and an integrated SONOS surround sound system.

- High-Speed WIFI throughout the house is the fastest possible, and new mini-split air conditioner units in all bedrooms and living areas cool the place quickly.

- 500+ count cotton linens, supreme quality mattresses, and a portable crib add comfort for the whole family.

Guest Access:
You’ll have a caretaker and maid to assist you and make your stay effortless and carefree. We will even help arrange transportation to and from the airport.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be staying in a quiet, secure beach community called “Playacar Fase Uno” (Playacar Phase 1). It has gated access, with security patrolling the streets 24 hours a day.

You’ll find ancient Mayan ruins sites near the house, with tennis courts also available. “Playacar Fase Uno” is along the beach while “Playacar Fase Dos” is another community right behind it.

Getting Around:
- The Playacar community is at the south end of Playa, so you can walk to the popular “5th Avenue” (no taxi needed).
