The Space:
This lovely penthouse condo features:
- Three bedrooms and three bathrooms to sleep 8 comfortably. There are two bedrooms located on the lower floor, each with a terrace overlooking 1st Avenue. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, small sofa and en-suite bathroom, the guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king. A third bedroom is located in the loft, with a double bed and an incredible view from the small balcony.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 55.9 km/34.7 miles or about a 50-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It's best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options.
ADO bus is another great option from the airport terminal to Playa. ADO bus station is 5 minutes walk from our PH.

- The penthouse comes stocked with some essentials like soap, toilet paper, water and of course all the linens, bath and beach towels, Wi-Fi & AC. There are no food items or condiments for cooking in the home. These are removed after each guest. Therefore, should you need anything for cooking at home or other than the basic essentials provided during your stay, you'll have to purchase it at a nearby supermarket or convenience store.
- There's no daily housekeeping but if you should require a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost â Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) however please help us save energy by using the AC wisely, close windows and doors and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
