The Space:

Our condo...



This condo where you´ll have 2 bedrooms and a private terrace, the master bedroom has a king size bed with a deluxe bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 full beds, a full bathroom  flat screen and a ceiling fan. It has a fully equipped kitchen  with a coffee maker, toaster and blender and all needed for you to feel like home but in Playa del Carmen. Above all, the terrace is equipped with a bathtub.





You will find a washer/dryer, cable television, wireless internet and air conditioning provided. This condo with its top-notch design, materials, architecture and decorations make it an experience on its own, sure to make your vacations into an incomparable ones, full of enjoyment.



Located in the now famous Playa Mamita’s area, one of the most popular place in Playa del Carmen. It's literally a few steps from the beach and the famous 5th Avenue. The island visible across the water is Cozumel.

Guest Access:

Check-in and Check-out:



Check-in is at 3:00 PM.

Check-out is at 12:00 PM.

Early check-ins are subject to availability.

Late check-outs are subject to a 50 USD fee and availability.



Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment at all times.

Violation of this rule will result in automatic termination of the contract and the loss of the security deposit.



Occupancy:

Guests agree not to exceed the agreed-upon number of occupants.

Additional guests will lead to the loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.



Security Deposit:

A security deposit on a credit card (Visa & MasterCard only, no debit cards) is required upon arrival if not charged already.

Cash deposit (USD or Mexican Pesos) is required if the guest does not have a credit card.

The temporary security deposit blockage on your credit card is lifted after property inspection.

Any damages will be paid for using the security deposit.



Property Maintenance:

Happy Address and property owners provide the best maintenance possible.

Any issues with property accessories will be promptly resolved by Happy Address personnel or owner's technicians.

No reimbursement for accessory malfunctions or construction noise disturbances.



Refunds:

No refunds for early departure.

No reimbursement in the event of a hurricane or natural disaster.

Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.



Services:

No reimbursement for non-functioning services (internet, water, power) beyond Happy Address's control.



Additional Property Usage:

Usage of the property for non-residential purposes requires consent.

Parties inside the property are prohibited; violation results in loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.



Furniture and Security:

Guests are responsible for leaving furniture and accessories as delivered.

Locks on doors and windows must be used at all times for security.



Liability and Exoneration:

Guests accept sole responsibility for themselves and additional guests.

No responsibility for accidents, damages, losses, or incidents; guests absolve Happy Address, agents, and owner.

The agreement is valid as long as conditions, limitations, and responsibilities are respected.



Termination and Legal Responsibility:

Happy Address reserves the right to terminate the agreement for non-payment or non-compliance.

Guests are responsible for terminating the agreement or deciding not to use services if they disagree.

Legal responsibility lies with the guest; Happy Address is not responsible for any situation caused by the agreement.



Exoneration:

Guests accept to exonerate Happy Address, the owner, agents, and employees from any lawsuit, damage, or costs.



Penalty for Violation:

Violation of the agreement allows termination by Happy Address or the owner, with removal from the property without reimbursement.
