Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 50 m² house, renovated using entirely natural materials, in Plouër-sur-Rance, which can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and wood-burning stove
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan.
A cot is available free of charge on request.

Outside:
- A 10m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- Secure bicycle storage available

The house is ideally located in one of the small villages of Plouër-sur-Rance, in a peaceful, very pleasant environment, on the banks of the Rance and a 5-minute walk from the GR34 footpath. Plouër's shops, restaurants, bars and markets are just a 3-minute drive away.

Activities :
- Discover the medieval town of Dinan, with its cobbled streets, ramparts and picturesque port, a 10-minute drive away.
- Relax at the slipway in Plouër-sur-Rance, a haven of peace with a breathtaking view over the river, ideal for picnics, watching the sailing boats and enjoying the peace and quiet of this unspoilt natural setting.
- Spend the day in Dinard or Saint-Briac for a swim on their famous beaches, a 20-minute drive away.
- Discover Saint-Malo, the corsair town, with its ramparts and maritime atmosphere.

Parking :
You can park in 3 free spaces right next to the accommodation. Free public parking is also available 25 metres away.
An electric recharging point is available on request, at an additional cost of €15 for a full charge.
