On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with chest of drawers
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) with cupboard and wardrobe
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190) with wardrobes
- A large children's playroom with TV
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironer.

Outside:
- A beautiful 330 m² garden, south-north facing, enclosed and private, equipped with table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs and armchairs.
- A 32 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Plurien, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
