Everything is designed for your comfort: a complete relaxation area awaits you, featuring a covered counter-current swimming pool with two aquabikes, a hammam, and an indoor shower. You'll also find a summer kitchen, typical of Réunion's Boucan style, perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy under the thatched roof, surrounded by garden furniture and sun loungers under exotic parasols, allowing you to soak up the gentle Touraine sunshine.
Enjoy a pleasant outdoor area with a picnic table and pétanque court for convivial moments outdoors.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a majestic marble hall opening onto the garden. Elegant and modern, this entrance leads to a spacious living and dining room, adorned with a large tufa stone fireplace. Settle comfortably into the leather sofas, enjoy the garden view, or relax in a comfortable armchair with a book. The decor, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, has been created with your well-being in mind. A large flat-screen TV and DVD player are at your disposal for moments of relaxation, along with a coffee table perfect for convivial aperitifs.

Continuing from this, the ultra-modern dining room and its sideboard open onto the garden through a large bay window. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with modern appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, gas stove, food processor, toaster, Senseo and traditional coffee makers), will delight cooking enthusiasts. A large worktop and a breakfast bar are also provided for breakfasts or quick meals. A welcome kit for the kitchen (sponge, dish soap, bin bag, and tea towel) is provided for your first night.

The ground-floor master bedroom invites relaxation with its direct access to the garden through French doors. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a television. A hallway with storage leads to the en suite bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet. Toiletries for the first night (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper) are also provided.

Upstairs, accessible via an elegant wrought-iron staircase, is the sleeping area for family and friends. A bright first bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe overlooks the wooded grounds and swimming pool. A mezzanine with a pool table invites socializing, and a desk area provides a comfortable workspace. The second bedroom, decorated in modern tones, is ideal for children, with a double bed and a cozy corner. A third spacious bedroom, furnished with charming pieces and a wardrobe, completes this floor, offering your guests a pleasant and functional setting.

Upstairs, a large bathroom is available with a shower, double sinks, a towel warmer, and a toilet. Toiletries for the first night are also provided.

Bedding and linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mat) are provided, and the house will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for your arrival, in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

You have access to the entire property.

The indoor pool is not heated from November 1st to March 31st, but it's still usable for the brave. The hammam is open year-round.
All linens are provided (sheets, duvet covers, towels, etc.), as well as all essential supplies (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, shower products, etc.).

Large private parking areas are available, as well as a carport for cars and bicycles. Please do not park any vehicles on the driveway.

Check-in is from 4 PM. Please contact us to let us know your arrival time for key collection. You will be welcomed by Sébastien for a tour of the house and to receive the keys.
Check-out is at 10 AM at the latest. Early arrival or late departure is available upon request only.

You have access to the Loire à Vélo cycling route just 5 km from the property.

The villa is located in a charming village with convenient amenities such as a bakery, hairdresser, pharmacy, and other local services. In addition, the center of Amboise, just a few minutes away, offers a variety of shops including delicatessens, renowned chocolatiers like Yves Thuriès, and boutiques selling local products.

For leisure activities and outings, the Amboise region offers numerous attractions. The famous Château d’Amboise and Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci’s last residence, are nearby. For outdoor activities, the region offers hiking trails and walks along the Loire River, ideal for discovering the valley's landscapes. The town of Amboise also has facilities for sports activities, as well as restaurants and riverside cafes where you can relax and enjoy the local cuisine.

These options enrich the living environment around Pocé-sur-Cisse, with a variety of shops and leisure activities easily accessible.

The Chemin de la Haute Mazère, located in Pocé-sur-Cisse, has limited but useful transport options, primarily connecting to regional and local networks.

For connections to other towns, particularly Amboise and Tours, the Rémi bus line in the Centre-Val de Loire region offers convenient routes from Amboise, which is easily accessible by car or bicycle from Pocé-sur-Cisse. Additionally, Amboise train station (located a few kilometers away) provides connections to Tours and other cities via TER regional trains, offering links to the main regional Moovit lines.

For real-time bus and train schedules, the Moovit app is recommended. It provides up-to-date routes and schedules for public transport in the surrounding towns, including services to Saint-Pierre-des-Corps and Tours.
