Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the entire home.
- Keyless entry with electronic lock

- Trash drop‑off required at the HOA facility (no outdoor bins due to wildlife)

Mandatory Community Fees (Paid Separately)
Arrowhead Lakes requires all guests to register before arrival. These fees are mandatory and charged by the community:
- $35 one‑time registration fee
- $20 per vehicle
- $6 per person, per day (ages 6+)
All guests and vehicles must be registered at least 4 days before arrival.
Unregistered guests or vehicles will be denied access by the community.
After booking, you will be asked to provide:
- Full names of all guests
- Vehicle make, model, license plate, and state
- Driver names
- Primary guest’s phone number and email
A separate link will be sent to complete payment for community fees.
The primary guest must also submit a government‑issued photo ID before check‑in.

Additional Fees Required

Temporary community membership fees are mandatory for all guests. The fees are as follows:
-$35 one time registration fee
-$20 per vehicle
-$6 per person, per day

All people 6 years and older must be counted and paid for. This is a gated community, any unregistered guests or vehicles will be denied access. *All persons and vehicles must be finalized 4 days before arrival. After this cut off, no changes can be made.

After booking, we will need to obtain all guests first and last names, make, model, license and state for each vehicle and names of the drivers. We will also need the main guests phone number and email address. These items are required by the community.

You will receive a separate link after booking to pay the additional fees (usually a week before arrival)

-Dogs are welcome, weight restrictions do apply. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per day.
-Due to wildlife, there is no curbside trash/recycling pickup. There is a drive-thru collection area just past the main gate on the left. Guests are asked to take trash at departure.

House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
