Romantic Cottage in Lake Community, Close to Ski

Welcome to our cozy cottage in Locust Lake Village just minutes from skiing, indoor water parks, a casino, shopping and more! You’ll have the entire place to yourself which includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy our yard with a grill, and fire pit! Warm up by the gas fireplace in our living room which has a flat screen TV and board games. All this in an amenity filled community with lakes, beaches, tennis and pickle ball courts!


We'll be available via email, text or the Airbnb app throughout your stay. Although we don't live local (about 2 hours away) we have a local property manager who can help in emergencies.

Locust Lake Village is a private community monitored with 24 hour security.
Our home located close to the major Pocono Ski resorts: Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback. Other attractions include Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Great wolf Lodge. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and bars.

Guests will have full access to the entire house as well as to the gorgeous amenity filled community of Locust Lake Village.

Some of the amenities include three lakes, a sledding hill, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds and more!

Our guests will have access to the entire house and property. We've recently renovated the kitchen and added new floors to the living room, dining room and kitchen. Guests and park in our two driveways located in front of the home. When you register at the front office you will be provided with a parking pass for your car.

Please note all guests must register online upon booking. The minimum renter age is 25. You’ll get badges for facility access and a compactor pass emailed to you electronically.

Our pet fee per stay Is $100 for up to two pets. The extra fee goes directly to our cleaner for the extra cleaning between guests.

All guests must provide the full names of guests staying in the home, vehicle make/model and license plate information, within 48 hours of booking so we can register you with our community. See more @theditmarshideout

Our community has strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am and is monitored by 24 hour security. We love our neighbors so please be respectful of these hours.

At this time, getting Ubers, Lyfts and food delivery to the area is sparse so make sure you plan accordingly.

We provide all sheets, towels and washcloths for your stay.

***Do you have Wifi?

Yes we have strong Wifi and a desk in one of our bedrooms making it ideal to work or learn remotely.

***Do all my guests have to check in at the front desk or just myself?

Just the person who made the reservation is fine, however all guests names and vehicle make/model and plates must be provided to me 48 hours after booking.
