Ideally positioned between the historic city of Split and the charming coastal town of Omiš, Villa Esse is an elegant four-bedroom retreat in Podstrana, accommodating up to eight guests. Contemporary and filled with natural light, the villa spans three levels and features a private pool with hydro massage, a sun deck with loungers, and a covered outdoor dining area with a traditional barbecue and TV – ideal for long, relaxed evenings.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining space opens onto the terrace via floor-to-ceiling glass doors, accompanied by a fully equipped modern kitchen with a wine cooler, Nespresso machine, and the usual essentials. One en-suite bedroom sits on the ground floor, while three more are found upstairs – two which open onto private sea view terraces – and each with walk-in wardrobes, TVs, and en-suite showers.

The lower ground floor is designed for wellness, comprising a gym with cardio and weights equipment, a punching bag and yoga ball, as well as a Finnish sauna, and a TV for added comfort. Air-conditioned throughout and fully enclosed with surveillance, the villa also includes private parking and a garage.
