The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, stovetop, coffee machine, and dining area. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Storage space is available for clothes and luggage.

Access is a self check-in. Access is via 12 Boulevard Solferino. After entering through the gate (see listing photos), follow the check-in instructions to retrieve the keys from the secure lockbox. The studio is in a quiet residential building, accessible by elevator.
