Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2 mirrors this comfort with another queen bed, providing ample space for guests. Bedroom 3 is designed with flexibility in mind, offering one single bed and a bunk bed, ideal for children or additional guests, making it perfect for families or groups. Both bathrooms are fully equipped; the ensuite, offers privacy and convenience with its own facilities, while Bathroom 1 provides additional facilities for other guests. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals, allowing you to easily create culinary delights. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, creating lasting memories. The living area provides a cozy atmosphere, complete with an indoor fireplace for cooler evenings and a TV for entertainment, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Other Things to Note:

🔥 Fires & Firewood: Indoor wood fireplaces and outdoor fire pits are available only from the end of the NSW Easter School Holidays until the start of the NSW September School Holidays, in accordance with state fire restrictions. We generally provide enough firewood, kindling, and fire-starters for one night of your stay. If you’d like to enjoy additional fires, we recommend bringing your own supplies or purchase online via your boarding pass.



🏊‍♀️ Pools: Pools will be opened for swimming for the start of the NSW September School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays have been completed.
