The beautiful villa Lumi is located not far from the city of Zadar and is an excellent choice for a pleasant family vacation on the Adriatic coast. This newly built house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor - the spacious open-plan ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a dining room with 10 chairs. Modern design and airy interior are the main features of this house. The ground floor also has one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a party room and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with comfortable double beds and en suite bathrooms. The villa offers billiards, table football, darts and Playstation 4 for entertainment. Children will have fun on the slide, swing and sandbox, as well as a football and basketball court. All rooms are air-conditioned and covered by wireless internet.





On a plot of 6000 m2 there is a heated swimming pool of 40 m2 surrounded by 6 sun loungers where you can relax, and the outdoor charcoal grill will certainly be used to prepare delicious meals. There are also 5 parking spaces at your disposal. Murvica is a small village not far from Zadar and an excellent starting point for enjoying the beauties of beautiful Dalmatia - you can enjoy the charms of national parks such as Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes and Kornati. The first beach is only 8 kilometers from the house, and in Zadar and its surroundings we believe that it will not be difficult for you to find your favorite coves and places to relax. Sandy beaches, healing mud and a windsurfing center await you in Nin. Zadar is a city rich in cultural attractions and numerous restaurants with a top-notch offer. Villa Lumi, surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean greenery, is an excellent choice because it offers peace and privacy, while at the same time being accessible to numerous beaches and attractions that will complete your vacation.
