Nestled just outside the popular resort of Polis, this unspoilt region of Cyprus is bursting with traditional tavernas and quaint cafes, as well as supermarkets for all of your essentials. If the beach is on your mind, Latsi Beach is just a short drive away, where stretches of white sand and calm blue waters await.

Within walking distance of the beach, you are in the ideal location to unwind next to the calm waters. Head down for a peaceful morning swim in the warm sea water or hop in your own private pool for a refreshing dip. We can just imagine afternoons spent having lunch under the veranda whilst admiring the sublime sea glistening in the background. With your own barbecue set, you can even grill up your own outdoor feast. Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 140cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The patio doors open onto a large and spacious pool area, which is flat and tiled. Accessing the beach requires step access. The ground floor bedroom is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 118cm wide.
