To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 67cm wide. There are 3 steps down to the poolside. The terrace is tiled and mostly flat, with a gravel border. The pool has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. The master bedroom door is 75cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 59cm wide.
