The private swimming pool and expansive south-facing sun terrace provide a natural suntrap, capturing the sun for most of the day.  A long, covered veranda at the front of the house is the perfect setting for dining alfresco with the choice of a brick-built or portable gas barbecue close at hand. There's plenty to keep younger ones entertained with table tennis, basketball hoop, pool table, a small play area with swings and slide and a choice of garden paths to follow, providing perfect run around space to explore within enclosed grounds plus the salt water pool with water feature naturally becomes the focal point be it day or night.

Culture lovers will enjoy the varied calendar of social and cultural events taking place throughout the year including art exhibitions, local craft shows, re-enactments of historical events, exuberant fiestas and colourful processions. With a golf course a short drive away, plus the white sandy beaches of family friendly Port de Pollenca, everything you need for a leisurely holiday is at hand. Slightly further afield is the sleepy fisherman’s village of Cala San Vicente with three sandy bays plus the bustling coastal resort of Alcudia.

Air conditioning usage (12 hours per day) is included in the rental rate. The pool is salt water Whilst in close proximity to amenities a car is recommended.

IVA) (£2) per night for the first 9 nights, €1.00 (€1.10 incl. IVA) (£1) per night for each night thereafter per person.  We will add this amount to your booking.
