Perched on a hillside in Santo António, this beautifully presented 130m² home offers truly stunning panoramic views over the ocean and surrounding mountains — a view you'll never tire of.

The bright and airy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table for up to 6 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in natural light and keep those incredible views front and centre.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the cookware and crockery you need for a full group stay.

The property has three bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: Queen/double bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen/double bed
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds

All bedrooms are equipped with individual air conditioning and heating units, and all beds are made up with hotel-quality linens.

The home has two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Outside, enjoy a private garden with a terrace, outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ — ideal for alfresco evenings with a view. Multiple private parking spaces are available on the property.

The property also has a washing machine and clothes dryer for longer stays.

São Miguel, the largest island in the Azores archipelago, is a breathtaking destination of lush green landscapes, volcanic crater lakes, and rugged Atlantic coastline — and it's easy to see why it's often called "The Green Island."

From the iconic twin lakes of Sete Cidades to the steaming geothermal springs of Furnas and the crystal-clear waters of Lagoa do Fogo, the island is packed with natural wonders just waiting to be explored. Whale watching, hiking, surfing, and black sand beaches are all on the doorstep.

The property is located in the quiet residential area of Santo António, just minutes from central Ponta Delgada — where you'll find historic streets, local restaurants, seafront cafés, a vibrant market, and a marina. Everything you need is close by, but the neighbourhood itself is calm and peaceful.

A car is strongly recommended to make the most of São Miguel — and the property comes with private parking.

Ponta Delgada Airport is approximately 20 minutes by car.

Car hire is available at the airport and in the city centre.

This is a self-check-in property. You will be asked to verify your identity before accessing the property. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once your reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form in line with legal obligations set by Portuguese local authorities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property (indoors and outdoors). Evidence of smoking (e.g. smell, ash, cigarette butts) will result in a minimum charge of €200.

For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy applies with a limit of €80.

For the first days of your stay, we provide a welcome starter pack of basic amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and bin bags.
