BeachFront is set on the seafront of Madalena do Mar in Ponta do Sol. Here you will find a selection of restaurants and cafés along the very long bay and rocky beach. The village centre and promenade with sea access is a few hundred metres away, near the Banana Route, a popular experience. Only 4 Km away is the picturesque and traditional village of Ponta do Sol where you will find, on the main roundabout, the nearest supermarket. Madalena do Mar is also a great base for walking in Madeira, either along levadas or hiking, with easy access to the local expressway and to the Paul da serra plateau. The resort of Calheta is 5 Km away, and the picturesque surfing mecca of Jardim do Mar 8 Km away. A 40 minute drive takes you to Funchal, and Palheiro Golf and the airport are under one hour away.
