Studio 92 is an independent fraction of a house in a quiet and sunny area with air conditioning, ideal for two people.
The studio is about 30 m2 and includes a bathroom, a living area and a kitchenette with a dining table. Outside there is a terrace with a seating area and a private jacuzzi for guests.
It is equipped with a small fridge, a small electric stove, a microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

LOCATION
The studio is in a rural area at 260 m from sea level and at 4 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafes.
Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.
The property has access to the main roads.

REMARKS
We are available to aid and suggest places and activities to discover the island off the usual tourist circuits.
A car is recommended for this location. The accommodation does not have private parking, but it is possible to park for free on the side of the road.
There is a bus stop around 600 m away. You can install the Rodoeste application for your smartphone with information on lines and timetables.
The property's entrance and backyard are shared with the owner's main house, but the studio is independent. The terrace and jacuzzi are for the exclusive use of guests.
We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning may be requested.
Per local law, our accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to ensure safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by local authorities.

CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
