PARK SIDE is surrounded by nature elements within the Messi Valley on the Stelvio National Park border. It is made of a modern living room with kitchen and a sofa-bed, a large four-bedroom with double bed and double bunk bed, plus a convenient bathroom with tub and shower.
Hot water supplied by electric boiler, Shared condo parking spaces available. The fireplace is currently not available for use.

Included cleaning after check-out is only for a hygiene-based service. Bed linen and towels are included only for at least 3-night-long stays. Bed linen and towels for 1-3 nights can be provided on request but are subject to availability. Additional cleaning before/at check-in, during your stay or after check-out is available on request and subject to availability. Soap, shampoo and other cleaning material are not provided. Billed expenses are charged on top for longer stays only, usually for 10+ nights: please ask before confirming your reservation. This is a tourist-only apartment. The village center of Ponte di Legno is about 6 km away.
Restaurants and mini-market are available also in the nearby Pezzo village via a footpath in the wood. During summer season, a free shuttle bus is available to connect with Ponte di Legno center – please check with Proloco, the local Tourist Office.
Skilifts are located about 7 kms away at Ponte di Legno, or 10kms away at Tonale-Vigili station.
A cross-country ski track is located right outside the apartment, while the Messi Valley Pic-nic facility is about 500 mt away.
