This area feels like my 2nd home because I have spent the last 3yrs at Mayo. I have stayed with these host 2 out of 3 and this home is my favorite. Beautiful, right on the beach, excellent views, clean and access to the hosts if needed. We stayed 19 days and I didn’t want to leave. You won’t regret renting this home.

Beautiful location, lower deck/patio space and hot tub were ideal for our family to hang out, easy access to the beach. Indoor spaces were very nice, clean, with well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, and amazing views. We had an amazing time and will return!

Beautiful location

Ponte Vedra is a beautiful place to have a beach vacation! We have been to this area several times and we always enjoy it. The house had plenty of room and very comfortable. The property managers we extremely response and able to quickly address any issues that arise. The hot tub is a great touch!

Magnificent Gem on the beach with every amenity

We rented this house and the one next to it to celebrate my mom’s 90th Birthday. Loved sitting out in the deck watching the sunrise every morning and hunting for shark’s teeth on private beach. The double ovens cane in handy for cooking meals. House was relaxing and beautiful.

Perfect location for relaxation

The location was perfect, close to local attractions and amenities. The house itself is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The extra touches (spa shampoo, body wash, coffee packets & pods, laundry detergent) the homeowner provided made it even more special.The owners were extremely helpful and responsive, providing us with great recommendations for the area. The check-in and check-out process was seamless.We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We can't wait to come back!" 4/5 stars. The only reason for the 4 out 5 stars is that the property does have some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The house being right on the beach does take its toll on the structure. However, it’s nothing that would prevent you from having an enjoyable stay.

Nice house

Overall a nice house! Beautiful private beach. Wood floors and stairs made it difficult for the dogs to go up and down without slipping. Elevator was a huge plus! Nice kitchen with 2 large ovens & gas stove. Owners provided all essentials.

Great views from a great location

We really enjoyed our stay - we had our 2 kids plus my parents for several days over Spring Break. The house was lovely and well-appointed and we were able to bring our dogs as well. The only negative was walking the dogs as the house is directly on A1A. We expected this and wasn’t a huge issue for us but may be a bigger deal for others. Overall, we would go back!

Exceptional experiences aren't just about the detail of cleanliness and smooth check-in, there is the human element of care and consideration. This is a nice home. Most importantly it was exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean and exceptionally well stocked, I didn’t a thing, the bed was very comfortable and the tv picture and service were excellent. There was new outdoor furniture delivered during my stay and the owner stated that a few more updates were coming soon. The floor plan lends itself to separation and privacy when needed. The 2 bedrooms and full baths are located on the entry level with the main living area and master B&B up. It has a generous area for family gathering and the kitchen is open and very well appointed. Outside deck, accessible from the first floor, is expansive and offers full views both north and south with Splinter free free decking and seating for an entire family. Very private beach with occasional walkers only. The owner was helpful and accommodating. This would be a good choice for families that have children who need their own space. Be advised that there are steps between floors but an elevator is easily accessible. . I did not have any issues with the property during my stay.

Fantastic location; house needs repair/updating

This house's location, right on the beach, is absolutely fantastic. And the elevator was a huge bonus for transporting heavy items to the main/upper floor. The house (kitchen especially) is very well equipped for cooking. Two spacious decks for lounging to the sound of waves. Great TVs . The view from the extra-large jacuzzi cannot be beat! Beautiful sunrises and even a front balcony to watch the sunset over the horizon. However, the furniture (torn sofa), sheets (torn and worn), water heater (no pressure/ran out of hot), ice dispenser (inoperable) and external doors (stuck/did not close completely) all need updating/repair. And the front of the house is RIGHT SMACK ON A1A, so be aware if you've got a dog or small children -- there is no playing in front of the house. Yes, the salt water is tough on a house but for the price paid per night, we expected everything to work well. Management team was very responsive and empathetic, but could not fix during the holidays (2021). I'm sure they will fix everything. If you can "live with" the quirks, it's a nice house in a spectacular location.
