Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment also benefits from a wrap-around corner balcony with wonderful harbour views. The smart and stylish kitchen area contains all modern appliances. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with ensuite bathroom (separate shower cubicle). Second bedroom (3ft twin beds) with wall mounted TV and a family bathroom (bath with shower over).

Parking - One allocated parking space in the developments own gated area.

For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice.
