Stairs to first floor and main living room complete with large corner sofa and 55inch smart TV. Views out to the harbour. 2nd bedroom (5ft kingsize bed). Family bathroom (shower over bath, sink and toilet). Stairs up to second floor and second living room with comfortable seating and views out from the large picture windows to the harbour. 3rd bedroom (5ft kingsize bed). Family shower room (walk in corner shower, sink and toilet).

POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter?
