The kitchen is fully equipped with an old-fashioned marble countertop and sink, and includes a contemporary coffee maker, making it perfectly suitable for cooking. The primary bedroom has an antique iron double bed, and the secondary bedroom has a similar single bed. The minimal bathroom is white and simple. The private patio is ideal for dining, entertaining guests, sunbathing, and relaxing. This is a perfect accommodation for year-round vacations.

As for local sights close to the property there is the Clock Tower of Poros (700m) where you can get the best view from the entire island, the old Windmill (600m) and a bit further (less than 10 minutes by car) the Sanctuary of Poseidon (5km) from antiquity, and the Monastery of Zoodochos Pigi (3.5km) built in 1828.
