Built in 1890 with full respect for the environment, since it is renovated in 2018, using the original stone, wood and adding glass, and with the latest trends in technology and design, it offers all modern amenities (Wi-Fi unlimited and free, flat TV 4K, Air-condition inverter in all areas of the house etc.)
The house consists of a bedroom with a double large bed (2 meters long), a second bedroom with 2 single large beds (2 meters long) that can be joined in a double, and a living room with 3 sofas (turned into beds) that can accommodate 3 people. It is ideal for a family or 2 families with a total of 7 people. Its kitchen, which is open to the living room, includes everything needed to make the guest's eating time comfortable, having a very large fridge so that they have enough supplies for days, as well as a dishwasher. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a glass shower.
The 1650 m² fully fenced garden that provides safety to your pets, has a 2-seat secured free parking, a ping pong table with a night-time spotlight, and an external transportable BBQ, to prepare the family's meal or dinner and an outdoor cinema.
The beach is sandy with fine pebbles in the outside part and you can use the canoe for nearby trips and sun beds/ umbrellas to relax and enjoy sunbathing in the sea.
The large table located under the 80-year-old plane tree and has a unique view of the sea will offer you unforgettable moments of tranquility and relaxation since the isolation of the house (the nearest neighboring building is more than 100 m away) offers quiet under the splash of sea waves.
