A Tequila Sunrise is a lovely, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home that sleeps 12. It's located in the family-friendly Singing Sands subdivision. This charming home invites you to relax and unwind in its comfortable living room with ample seating for everyone. The living room opens to the spacious kitchen so that the cooks in the family are never left out of all the fun! You will find all the necessities to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. For those needing to stay connected to their devices, this home has WIFI. Just use the password information to gain access to the internet. You can stream your favorite shows and movies on the TV in the living room. Bedroom one will have a king, bedroom two will have a full and a twin. Bedroom three will have a twin/full and a twin/twin bunk. The fourth guest bedroom will have a queen. You will find plenty of seating on the deck. Downstairs, you'll find a nice covered area for eating at the picnic table, or having wonderful family conversations while the "Master Griller" cooks something yummy on the charcoal grill. When the waves and sand call, you are only a short walk or golf cart ride from the shore. When your "Fun in the Sun" is done, don't forget to rinse off in the downstairs shower. You will love "Tequila little time" at this cabin!

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nightsâ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
