This newer built home in the quiet LaFitte's Landing Subdivision is pet-friendly with a $200 pet fee. This home welcomes you inside to a spacious, open living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking basics, even a crockpot. You and your guests can gather around the eating bar area and or small dining table to enjoy meals together. There is even a small table just right for children to enjoy! The living room easily accommodates you and your guests. The home also has internet. You can stream shows on Roku or take advantage of numerous streaming services. The WiFi password information is located in a frame near the TV. There are also Smart TVS located in all bedrooms. You will even find board games for the family to play. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, each with their own unique style. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a guest bathroom in the hall. Bedroom two has a king, and bedroom three has two twin/full bunk beds. Downstairs, you will find plenty of covered space to gather, sit around the picnic table, or grill delicious meals on the charcoal pit. There is even a fenced-in area for the children to run and play. When you can no longer stay away from the sand and "sea", you are a short walk or golf cart ride away! There is an easy walking/ golf cart path at the end of Buccaneer Street for your use. This subdivision does not have vehicle drive-on access, but Cove Rd. and Stingaree Rd. do have public access. Upon returning from the beach, be sure to enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor shower located downstairs. You and your guests will surely "Delight" in the memories made at this home!
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
