The Space:

Atlantis is a gorgeous custom 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bath house in the exclusive Copacabana subdivision. The expansive Gulf views from the furnished deck are stunning. It's a dreamy place to drink your morning coffee, or favorite evening beverage. You will never want to leave! That is, until you utilize the private golf cart/pedestrian access to visit the beach (just moments away).



The living area has beautiful panoramic views and cozy sectional seating. You will appreciate the open concept that opens to the dining area and kitchen, and the classic coastal decor throughout. There is seating at the large island as well as a separate dining table for meals and games. The modern kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals for the family; with all standard appliances as well as a double oven, and regular drip coffee pot. There is also an extra refrigerator located in the laundry room. You will also find a separate bar area for entertaining!



With over 3000 square feet, Atlantis sleeps 12 with ease. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an amazing ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three each have queen beds, and the fourth bedroom offers a queen over queen bunk bed, and a twin over twin bunk -perfect for the kids.



While the upstairs deck is amazing, the downstairs patio area has much to offer as well! You will find picnic tables, charcoal and propane grills, swings, an outdoor shower, and a fully fenced yard. There is ample room for parking, as well as visiting with family and friends!



We sometimes experience power outages at Crystal Beach, but at Atlantis you will not have to worry. This home is set up with a generator that can supply the whole home with power.



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
