Gulf Breeze is a charming 2BR/2BA beach home just minutes from the sand—perfect for families or friends. Sleeps 6 max. Enjoy a king suite with walk-in closet, second bedroom with full bed and twin bunks, open living/kitchen space, Smart TVs, and coastal-style flooring throughout. Relax on the large deck, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or unwind at the downstairs bar area. Recently updated with new furniture and beachy vibes! Max 3 vehicles. No parties. Rental agreement and ID required.

Self-check-in via keypad at agreed check-in time or access given. Our team is available via messaging or phone if assistance is needed during your stay.

Located in the Bluewater Subdivision of Crystal Beach, TX. Close to restaurants, shops, and golf cart rentals. The Bolivar Ferry offers easy access to Galveston for dining and attractions.

Guests have full access to the home, deck, and downstairs entertainment area. The home is located upstairs and accessible by stairs only. Contactless check-in is available anytime after 3 PM with a unique keypad code.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home features an open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious master suite. Outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and a bar area are included for entertainment.

HOUSE RULES
VEHICLES , PARKING & PROPERTY: Tents, Campers and large trailers are not permitted. Vehicle limit at one point on property is 3. No fluid dripping vehicles.
ARRIVAL TIME: Check-in is at 3 p.m. If the home is available earlier, then we possibly can allow early entry.
DEPARTURE TIME: A firm Check-out time is at 11 a.m. on the scheduled day of your departure.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING VACATION RENTAL: There is no smoking or vaping in this house. Smoking is permitted downstairs only.
NEIGHBORLY ETIQUETTE/NOISE: Please be respectful and reduce music/people volume outside between 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
PET POLICY: Sorry, but no pets of any kind are allowed in the house.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The maximum capacity of 6 includes children.
OUTDOOR COOKING: No grilling/cooking on outside upper deck. This is a fire hazard and against a Galveston County ordinance.
AEROBIC TREATMENT SYSTEM: Do Not flush any feminine products, diapers, baby wipes or wet wipes of any kind.
NO PARTIES, PROMS OR FAMILY REUNIONS: The owner lives close and randomly checks up on vehicle and guest occupancy. There are plenty of homes in Crystal Beach where the property management/owners don't care. Rent from them if this doesn't work for you.

We loved our time staying in The Gulf Breeze! Jerry was a fantastic host and responded quickly if we needed anything. The distance from the beach is perfect. We rented a golf cart, but you could walk if needed. The street is nice and the neighbors around are friendly! It was nice having a shower downstairs to rinse off after a day in the beach. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy! They have everything you need to cook
even a crockpot! We look forward to coming back!

Close to the beach and super clean

This was a great stay for our family. This property is just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to other beaches in the area. The home is super clean! Maybe the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Communication with the owner was simple and easy. All in all, a fabulous spot for a long weekend for our family.

Beautiful house

House was very clean and well furnished. Had all the amenities you could need. The outdoor area downstairs was the perfect place to hang out and grill and enjoy the breeze. The host was very prompt and responsive to questions. Friendly neighbors as well. Would highly recommend this home for a couple or small family.

Nice home but beware house next door is being built

The house was nice but when I went in July 2022 I was not aware the next door neighbor was building a house. The workers got there around 730 am every morning and started hammering and working. They also listened to VERY loud music. Do not go right now if you want to sleep in late and enjoy your mornings uninterrupted. I was not able to sleep past 730 am and sitting outside you couldn't enjoy the quiet or even your own music as their music was so loud.

Relaxing Beach Stay

We loved this house and would definitely come back! Correspondence was a breeze and guidelines, how-to's, recommendations, etc were spelled out via email and as a hard copy in the house (as a type A person, this spoke my love language). The house was as described, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We didn't walk to the beach because it is too easy to drive to the beach, especially with a parking sticker, but the house is easily within walking distance if you wanted to. There are also a couple restaurants right down the road and plenty more about a 5 minute drive further into town. Overall, a great stay that I would recommend!

Easy and clean

We loved this place bc it was a perfect fit for our family of four. We had other family members staying nearby and the location was ideal. Most of the time I don’t think the beds in the house rentals are very comfortable but these beds were like sleeping at home, possibly better.
