THE SPACE:
Our home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for fun and relaxation. Inside you will find a 50 inch smart TV with access to all your favorite apps, pull out sofa bed, and plenty of space to enjoy a game night or watch a movie. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen where you will find all the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals to serve your adult guests, as well as the children and baby.

All 3 bedrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and pillows, ample lighting and clothing storage solutions.


BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King zinus memory foam bed with en-suite full bath
Bedroom 2: 1 King zinus memory foam bed, steps from the shared full bath.
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunk beds (1 twin over twin and 1 twin over full) and it's own smart TV. It is also steps from the shared full bath.
Bed 4: Full size sofa bed in Family room

LOCATION:
Located on the south-west side of Port Bolivar/Crystal Beach, in the quite Palms subdivision neighborhood, you’ll experience less crowded beaches and a short 1.2hr drive from Houston (HOU) airport. You’re a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a short 10-15 min drive to The Big Store in Crystal Beach, where you can find most of what you need for your stay. Or embark on a 5 minute drive west to the ferry and cross over to Galveston for more fun and attractions!

FEATURES:
- Whole Home Generator in case of power outages.

- Private saltwater pool & hot tub w/cascading water feature. Pool can be heated upon request for $200 per day/night during cold months (Nov-Feb), $150 per day/night (Mar-Apr) and add extra heat day, 1-day before arrival. It takes a long time & large amount of propane to heat up and keep heated, so much water during these cold months. $100 per day/night to heat during all other months. Add extra heat day so pool can be heated up to operating temp and ready for your arrival:).

- During cold months (Nov-April) $50 per day/night to heat hot tub alone, when not having pool heated.

- NEVER attempt to turn pool heater on yourself If you do you will be asked to leave property. Must request we turn on before your arrival and pay for heating.

- Child safety floats and toys for your kiddos pool fun.

- Pool-side outdoor kitchen (roof covered) that includes granite counter tops, refrigerator, sink, and commercial grill where you can prepare and enjoy a meal with your family and guests while listening to your favorite music on the blue tooth speakers. A half-bath is also conveniently located on this level so you never have to leave.

SAFETY / SECURITY CAMERAS:
We have 3 safety/security cameras on our property. One located under the house facing the stairs, one facing the pool area, and one outside the main door. All cameras are to ensure our guests safety and security. They will be running/recording, but not monitored, during your stay.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

-Must be at least 25 yrs. of age to book this property.

-Submission of Gov't issued I.D. required to book

- NEVER attempt to turn pool heater on yourself! If you do you will be asked to leave property. Must request we turn on before your arrival and pay for heating .

-No parties of any kind:

-No pets allowed and to smoking on the premises. No Exceptions

-Please read the Cancelation Policy carefully. We do enforce this.

-Pool and hot tub do not have fence around them nor is a lifeguard on duty. For this reason it is important to keep a close eye on children at all times to prevent accidents from occurring.

-During cold months (Nov-April) $50 per day/night to heat hot tub alone, when not not having pool heated.

-Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries & cooking items like oil/spray, salt/pepper, coffee grinds/k-pods.
