Solmate is a vacation paradise! This lovely home is located in the quiet Sandy Shores neighborhood. With its 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 14 people, there will be room for everyone. The comfy furniture in the living room provides the perfect seating area for talking, watching TV, or cozying up by the fireplace. The calming colors and beachy decor will definitely place you in vacation mode! The fully stocked kitchen provides the "cook" in the family a beautiful place to create family meals. Its open concept allows you to be part of whatever is going on in the living room. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached luxury spa bathroom with a free-standing soaker tub and an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom three has a king bed. The bunk room is spacious and has two full/full bunk beds. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The outside of this home is just as amazing as the inside! The upper deck provides comfortable seating to watch the sunrises and sunsets. There is even a Tiki bar to hang out and visit with family and friends! Downstairs is clearly the place to hang out and chill! In this area, you'll find a picnic table, a Tiki Bar, a charcoal pit, and a great fire pit area with swings. Bring your marshmallows and graham crackers for "S'more" fun!! You are just a short distance from the beach, either by walking or golf cart. After a fun day spent on the beach, enjoy a nice shower in the private shower area downstairs. You will find your "Solmate" at this property and may never want to leave!
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights' rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
