The Princess and the Sea is a beautiful oceanfront home with 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, that sleep 19 in beds. This home boasts stunning panoramic beachfront views and on a clear day you can see all the way to Galveston from the sprawling balcony. Plenty of room for the whole multi-generational family or your group of friends. Family friendly neighborhood without much traffic on Crenshaw Beach, one of the best beaches in the area with wide, sandy beach area. Note there is no direct walkover - must go to nearest public beach access to access the beach, a 1 minute drive or 5-minute walk

*There is currently a house under construction next door. We haven't had any noise complaints, but it is possible there will be construction noise during the day until construction is complete*

Perfect for our group!

This house was the perfect size for us. Room for everyone, and the number of bathrooms made it perfection! There was great communication before, during, and even after. I knew that if I needed anything, I would get a quick response. The house was clean, but some trash was missed in the bathrooms from the previous guests. That wasn't a big deal, just odd. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a couple of meals on beach days during the week, and that was very appreciated! It was a longer trip to the beach than we hoped for, but still not bad. It's a 5-7 minute walk, so we just loaded up together and took a vehicle so that no one had to carry all of our beach gear. The house is seriously ideal for a family trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect graduation getaway vacation!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful gulf-front beach house! It provided more than enough space for our group of family and friends to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free vacation.Though it is a very short walk to the beach, one of the highlights was having the golf cart—such a fun and convenient way to get to the shore! It made our beach days even more enjoyable and easy, especially with kids and gear in tow. The home itself is spacious and welcoming, with stunning views and plenty of areas to gather or find a quiet moment. Communication with the host was truly top-notch—they were responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish.We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside escape. Perfect Weekend Getaway

I host an annual mother-daughter trip each year and this house fit the bill in all areas. Spacious rooms, great location, wonderful views and each bedroom with its own bathroom was a HUGE plus. That is what sold me on this home. It was beautiful, had all of the necessities that we needed and was just perfect for us! We will return again.

Best Family Vacation Ever

The house was amazing! Felt like home from the moment we stepped in. The layout is perfect for family get togethers including cooking dinners together to playing games. We had a group of 12 including 3 children and we all fit comfortably and each family had their own private space. The views from the deck are breathtaking and the hosts were very responsive and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going well! Would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation stay!

Great House

There were nine adult-sized people staying in the house, and it was perfect as far as number and size of bedrooms. That each had its own bathroom was fantastic. Property manager was very helpful and responsive when we had a little trouble with the thermostat. Loved the balconies and game room. Our only nitpick/suggestion would be to have more dishwasher detergent available. It’s a negligible expense and effort that has an outsized positive impact.

Perfect for our Large Famiy

The home fit perfectly for our multi-generational gathering. From grandparents to teens/toddler, there was a place for everyone to be comfortable and have fun. We love to cook when we are all together and the kitchen allowed for multiple people to work at the same time. I suggest a golf cart to transport people and beach stuff, and of course to enjoy riding up and down the beach. Thank you for a wonderful week... lots of memories were made and we hope to stay again!

Great house for multiple families

Rented this house to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect location. All the grandchildren shared a room and all three of my siblings and their spouses had their own room and bathroom. We had some extended family and close friends stop by one afternoon and everyone commented on how nice the place was. The weather wasn't the best but the house was large enough that everyone had plenty of room to move about. Kitchen and bedrooms were laid out perfect.

King house!

Great, beautiful house with terrific view and plenty of sleeping space. We loved having a ‘en-suite bathroom for every room during our family reunion. The covered porch was a life saver for energetic kids during rainy days. The only negative was the recent rains contaminated the beach and brought out swarms of mosquitoes though I feel all of Galveston island area was in the same predicament. Hosts were prompt communicators. Large kitchen had just about everything you could ask for!

Exceeded expectations!

We had a group of 20 family members ranging in age from 3-84. The room arrangement was perfect. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well stocked inside and out. The owners responded almost immediately to questions before and during our trip. A random issue with the water supply was repaired within two hours-on a Sunday afternoon no less! Out adult children asked us to go ahead and book for next year-high praise:) The Princess and the Sea-give it a try!

The Princess DID NOT Disappoint!!

Our traveling group of 11 senior citizens had a wonderful stay at The Princess & the Sea in spite of enduring cloudy, windy conditions the whole week. The gorgeous home is in an excellent location... close to the Galveston ferry. It's beachfront with fantastic views from almost every room (although, as the listing states, there is no walk-over to the beach). Renting a golf cart or two provides easy access to the beach for families with small children and/or senior citizens. Having 6 bedrooms, each with its own bath is outstanding. The living area and kitchen/dining on the second floor allowed for wonderful meals (we love to eat!) and spending time together playing games and visiting. One drawback... there is no elevator, so the stairs were very challenging for some in our group. However, there is a Concierge Service that helped us get our luggage and coolers up the stairs to the main floor and back down again. They were lifesavers!! I don't think we could have done it without them! The house manager was just a phone call away and she handled all our needs promptly and efficiently! I also can't say enough about the wonderful information and prompt communication provided by the homeowner, Melinda! Any questions we had prior to check-in were answered immediately and check-in/out was a breeze! I highly recommend this home for your next Bolivar beach vacation!! You won't be disappointed by The Princess & the Sea!!
