This recently updated home has a great floor plan with an open kitchen/living area. This large area is a great place to spend time with your family. Cook all your favorite meals or enjoy take-out from your favorite restaurants. This home has Wi-Fi for your convenience. You will enter the password information provided to connect to the Wi-Fi. The bedrooms are spacious and the perfect place to retreat after a long day at the beach. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedrooms two and three have a queen and twin/twin bunk bed in each. There is a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Sit outside on the deck and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and a view of the lake. on the chilly evenings, take advantage of the fire pit. Downstairs is the perfect spot to sit around and grill your favorite food. This home sits at the end of the street, with room for kids to play.
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will work during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, or cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
