From there, step into your perfect canal-side getaway with Gulf access. This spacious, stylish home offers a private pool, a boat dock, and a warm welcome for pets. The dock (7' x 16.5') is ready for tie-ups, and the canals lead you to Charlotte Harbor and then the Gulf in about 45 minutes."



This Florida style retreat offers 3 bedrooms, a Florida room with a Queen size Murphy bed, and 2.5 bathrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The Master Ensuite is an absolute palace where you can get the best rest in the king bed and five yourself a spa like experience in the large bathroom with soaking tub and a separate shower. Each bedroom is fashioned with modern amenities including smart TVs with fire sticks for your enjoyment. You can truly relax in this homey space and entertain all of your family and friends with the gourmet kitchen, ample dining spaces, cozy living areas, large screened patio and lanai, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and of course the glistening pool with a picture perfect canal view!

There are 2 bridges to go under to get out to the Lock. Depending on the season, there is 8 to 9 foot clearance.

We provide:

1 Roll of toliet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, some cleaning supplies for kitchen. Sponge, dishwasher tablet, and liquid dish soap. 1-2 detergent pods and dryer sheets. Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap

There are cameras around the outside perimeter of the house pointing out away from the home. No cameras in living spaces, Lanai or pool area. This is to ensure safety for both the property and guests.
