The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, with an adjacent dining area for shared meals. The comfortable living room features a TV, making it the perfect place to unwind.



The home offers three comfortable bedrooms with two king beds and one queen bed, along with two full bathrooms.



Step outside to enjoy the private pool, outdoor seating, and backyard, perfect for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, free WiFi, and an in-home washer and dryer.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed:

Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location.

Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home.

Televisions will be unplugged.

Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours.

Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage.

Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)
