Private Guest Apartment Close to Several Beautiful Beaches

GENERAL INFORMATION: Situated just minutes off Florida's beautiful Gulf coast, this outstanding 1 bedroom / 1 bath guest apartment is located at a private residence in the highly-desired neighborhood of South Gulf Cove - just a short drive from several beautiful sandy beaches including Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key, and Stump Pass. This apartment is located on the bottom level of a detached building and has its own private entrance.

Upon arrival, you will walk directly into the large combination kitchen/living room. You will be able to relax in one of the four comfortable recliners of the sectional sofa, watch a good movie or sporting event on the 85" smart tv, or relax with a good book.

The kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, large sink, dishwasher, and a small pantry. It is fully stocked with all necessary utensils, tableware, glasses, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, cutting boards, and food storage containers. You can also find liquid dish soap, one dishwasher tablet, and one starter roll of paper towels in the kitchen for your convenience. In addition, there is a gas BBQ grill located on the shared lanai for your use.

There is one queen bed in the bedroom, and 2 twin roll-away beds with thick mattresses can be placed in the living room for a 3rd/4th guest upon request. For those with small children, we do have a highchair, pack-n-play crib (for infants only), double stroller, and 2 child-size cots available. Just be sure to let the owners know if you will require any of these items, so they can have them ready upon your arrival.

The ensuite bathroom includes a single sink and toilet area, an extra-large walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, and a pocket door for privacy when desired. The wall shelf offers large plush bath towels and plenty of space to place your personal toiletries. A starter roll of toilet paper, a blow dryer, and a first aid kit can be found underneath the bathroom sink. There is also a back door that you can exit to head over to the shared pool area or easily access beach items between the buildings.

One set of queen sheets, a queen blanket, and 2 pillows will be provided for the queen bed. If needed, one set of twin sheets, a twin blanket, and 1 pillow will be provided for each of the roll-away cots. An iron/ironing board and a clothes hamper are located in the walk-in closet. Wireless internet (1 GB) service is also available. Be sure to bring your personal laptop or tablet if desired.

You will also have shared access to the owner's private pool (which can be heated up to 86 degrees during the months of December - March upon request) on a screened lanai where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the water, lounge in the sun while listening to the tranquil sound of the pool’s waterfall, or simply relax in the shaded seating area. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after swimming, and safety pool fencing is available for younger children should it be required. To add to the experience, there is also an outdoor tv on the lanai, so you can enjoy a movie, watch your favorite sports team play, or listen to your favorite music while swimming. A small closet fridge can keep your drinks cold, and a 6-person high-top table allows for a nice dining experience as well.

The surrounding area boasts nature reserves, several golf courses, walking/biking trails, boat/jet ski rentals, fishing, and more. [See list of "nearby attractions" below.] NOTE: Owners have a few beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, beach towels, a cornhole game, 2 single-person kayaks (each for $20 daily rental fee), and 2 fishing poles available for your use upon request. There are also 2 adult bicycles available if you want to cruise the neighborhood or enjoy the nearby biking trails. Please let the owners know if you'd like to use any of these items, so they can have them ready for your next adventure.
