The condo is located on the second floor of a waterfront complex and includes access to shared amenities such as a pool, hot tub, sandy beach, playground, and charcoal grills (located in the backyard—guests provide charcoal).

The beach is sandy and swim-friendly, and the pool features a gradual 1-foot entry area, making it great for both relaxing and accommodating younger guests. Pool and hot tub availability is seasonal and may vary slightly depending on weather.

One small section of the bedroom closet is reserved for housekeeping supplies to ensure the space is always fresh and ready for each guest. We kindly ask that this area remain undisturbed, as it’s used for turnover preparations.

Other things to note
Please review a few important details before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone:

Parking & Pool Access
Parking passes are provided and must be displayed in your vehicle at all times
A pool key fob is provided for access to the pool area
4 wristbands are also provided and required in the pool area

Replacement Fees:

$80 for a missing pool key fob
$20 per missing wristband

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM and are strictly enforced by the condo association.

To avoid fines, guests must ensure noise cannot be heard by neighboring units during this time, both inside and outside the condo.

Any fines issued by the association will be the responsibility of the guest, along with an additional $100 administrative fee.

Parties & Disruptive Behavior

Parties, events, or nuisance activity are not permitted at any time.

To maintain a respectful environment for all residents and guests, violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including the unit, balcony, or shared areas.

A designated smoking area with benches is available near the entrance to the complex.

No Pets- Pets are not permitted at this property.

Shared Amenities

The pool, hot tub, beach, and other outdoor spaces are shared with the condo community. Pool and hot tub availability is seasonal and may vary slightly depending on weather.
