As bonus you will find a movie theatre room, and executive study downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs. Flynns beach, local shops, cafes, restaurants and Koala hospital are within 7-8 minutes walk, Port Macquarie CBD 5 minutes drive. Free WIFI, linen provided. Small non-shedding pets on request only, pre-approval required. Plenty of parking and side access for boat or van.

THE SPACE
The ground floor features hallway, study, multi-media / movie theatre room and open plan living and dining space at the back overlooking the yard and pool. Double garage is available for your use. An internal stair case in the hallway leads up to first floor.
The generous master bedroom has ocean glimpses and pool views. An ensuite and walk-in robe add to the luxe experience this house has to offer. A further 3 bedrooms and main bathroom with walk-in shower and stand-alone bathtub are down the hall.

PARKING / GARAGE
Double garage fits 2 cars, driveway parking, free street parking. Secure side access available for boat, trailer or van.

Small non-shedding dogs are allowed in outdoor areas and tiled downstairs area. Pets not allowed in carpeted (bed)rooms, on lounges or on beds.
