The Space:
2nd Floor Unit! Conveniently located to downtown Port Orford, Battle Rock Beach, and surrounding coastal attractions. Spacious and updated ground-floor unit offering comfortable and private accommodations. This private unit is part of our Port Orford Duplex Collection, offering updated furnishings and amenities throughout. Fully furnished, WIFI, full kitchen, Washer and Dryer in unit, and FREE parking; dog friendly for up to (2) preapproved dogs with additional $50 per Pet Fee. We do NOT accept cats due to allergies.
Full kitchen to make cooking enjoyable and efficient. Full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster make preparing a meal simple. Dishes, utensils and basic cookware included for your convenience.
Dining area features dining table with seating for up to (6). Enjoy a meal or play games with the family.
Living area offers a comfortable layout to relax during your stay. Curl up on the comfy sofa with a blanket and a book or catch up on your favorite shows. Sofa folds out to a full-size bed for additional (2) guests. Large flat screen Smart TV, to login to your favorite streaming platforms. Additional seating to complete the necessities!
There are two comfortable bedrooms, both offering inviting and thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces. Both rooms feature a King size bed, quality linens, bedside tables with lighting, and closet space for storing guests’ personal items. The second bedroom features a desk for working from home. Both rooms are spacious with large windows to bring in light or bring the Ocean breeze inside.
Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, large vanity providing plenty of space for a larger group. High quality linens provided. Hairdryer and basic essentials and paper products are available for your arrival.
Full-size high efficiency washer and dryer provided in the unit.
There is a private patio area with a gas firepit and Adirondack chairs. Enjoy a chilly evening around the fire with a glass of wine or sit in the sun with your morning coffee. Tons of trees and greenery make it feel like you are in the forest.
There is free street parking available for up to 2 vehicles.
We do allow up to (2) pre-approved dogs with an additional pet fee of $50 per dog. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. Be sure to let us know that you plan on bringing a pet and to read and understand our Pet Policy before booking with a pet.
Pack and Play is available onsite.

Highway 101 runs through Port Orford and provides easy access to nearby destinations including Cape Blanco, Humbug Mountain State Park, and the surrounding coastal
communities. Scenic drives along the highway offer breathtaking ocean views, rugged cliffs, and opportunities to stop at overlooks and beach access points.
Parking is easy and readily available in Port Orford, and guests will appreciate the convenience of free parking at the property. Whether you are heading out for a day of beachcombing, hiking, fishing, or exploring local art galleries and coastal towns, getting around is simple and stress-free.
Other Things to Note:
We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are
allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in
additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ An additional Housekeeping fee is required on all stays over 14 nights.
- Self Check In using digital door lock and private code. Check-In is any time after 4:00PM and Check-Out
is by 11:00AM.
- FREE parking on street and one space in front
PET FEE: $50 per dog Pet Fee for up to 2 pre-approved dogs.
