Our newly remodeled 3BR/2BA canal home offers something for everyone and has the space for the whole family to spread out! This unique property features a large heated inground pool overlooking the canal that has direct gulf access, fire pit area, propane grill, gaming garage, two private docks and boat ramp, 4 sit on kayaks, 7 bikes, lifesize connect 4, cornhole, as well as a parking pad for your boat trailer.

The fun coastal vibe extends on into each bedroom, each of which has hotel quality bedding, USB bedside lamps, Roku smart TVs, and ceiling fans. The 3rd bedroom and lanai are conveniently cooled by a separate mini-split system with remote controlled thermostat for enhanced comfort. The enclosed lanai is the perfect spot to lounge, catch a game and munch on some snacks while still enjoying the water views and the sun!

We are delighted to allow your fur babies to accompany you during your stay (Note: up to 2 dofs allowed, no cats due to family allergies). Please include them in your booking, as there is a $100 pet fee required.

We are kid & family friendly and include items such as a pack n play with mattress and sheets, baby monitor system, high chair, magnetic building blocks, card games, pool basketball hoop, floats, goggles, dive toys, bikes, kids scooter, sippy cups, toddler utensils/plates, baby pool float & 2 puddle jumpers (children 33- 55 lbs). If you require any additional baby proofing, please let us know upon booking!

If you plan to bring a boat or jet-skis, please inform us prior to booking, as we will need to confirm its size. The canal reaches a depth of 3-3.5ft during low-tide, so boats with larger drafts may need to be trailered during low-tide.

We can safely accommodate the following sized boats:
-Up to 26ft long
-Up to 3.5ft draft
-Up to 10ft wide
-No tall towers or hard tops (due to low tree limbs in path of ramp)

If your boat falls outside these specifications, you are still welcome to bring your boat, you just may need to use the public ramp a few blocks down on our street.

Please note the pool is heated with solar.
