The master bedroom features a private ensuite, and the home sits on a large block surrounded by nature. Enjoy lazy mornings on the deck, riverside walks, nearby bush trails, and peaceful nights under the stars — the perfect escape to slow down and reconnect.

Soak in the peaceful bushland views from every corner of this light-filled home. The open-plan kitchen, dining area, and cozy reading nook make it easy to relax, cook, or catch up with friends and family. Enjoy a Smart TV, board games, and books for relaxed nights in. Bedrooms sit at opposite ends for privacy, each with a queen bed, sliding wardrobes, and plenty of space, while the master features its own ensuite.

The kitchen has generous bench space and is well-equipped for cooking or entertaining. Outside, a covered alfresco with dining and BBQ invites leisurely meals, while a private path leads to the Rubicon River and nearby walking trails, perfect for exploring or spotting wildlife.

A private driveway provides ample space for cars, boats, trailers, or other vehicles, and the garage includes a washing machine and dryer. This is the ideal place to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked cupboard in the garage.

There is also a toilet block and shipping container home on the property that is not to be accessed (please note no one lives on the property.)
