Bayhouse is situated a private, quiet cul-de sac on the most desired North End of Cape San Blas.; we are at the end of quiet street, right next to a gated community so there is next to no passers-by.

If you're searching for quiet and serenity in an ultra-convenient spot near all the adventure then you've found it! Bay House has everything you need to enjoy the beauty of St. Joe Bay AND the beautiful beaches of Cape San Blas. The private dock provides Bay access for fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating and snorkeling. Bayhouse has designated beach access that is a short walk across to the beachside on the Gulf (see photos for beach access location). Rental of the house comes with the use of water and outdoor equipment, such as kayak, water toys, chairs, etc so you can pack less!
This home comes with everything you should need - all bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath/indoor towels. We also provide
an initial starter up amount of useful items like hand soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, laundry soap , dish pods, etc to get you started conveniently.
WiFi and cable TV is provided in all main rooms/bedrooms and exterior living areas/porches. You must be 25 years or older to reserve. No larger group events or parties are allowed during your rental stay.


Ground Level:

- Plenty of extra front area parking for vehicles and boat, or golf cart, as well as a covered carport for your vehicle if you choose.

- oversized private enclosed LARGE outdoor shower, with hot and cold water makes it easy to stay clean and rinsed off as you come and go from beach to bay!
-screened in back porch runs the length of the whole house for extra space comfortably outdoors.
- Private Dock with raised walkway from home/carport to the waters edge, with steps and second lowerdock area for easy access when swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating etc

Main Level:

- Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen all with great bay views

- Sleeper sofa for extra sleep space if needed (1of 2 sofas)

- Large Screened in patio with propane grill and outdoor seating to lounge or dining !

- Full sized bath with shower downstairs on main floor

- Bedroom with full size and twin over twin bunk bed

Second Floor:

- Master bedroom with king bed, windows the length of the room for great views from sunrise to sundown, as well as an en-suite bathroom w/shower

- 2nd upstairs Guest room also with king bed , also with windows from one side to the other to enjoy your own bedroom bay views
- Full hall bathroom right next to the 2nd King-bed bedroom, with shower/tub combination

- Full size NEW washer and dryer on this level

50% of total is due at booking and the remaining balance is not due until 60 days prior to check-in, dependent on duration of stay. Standard Pet Fee is $150.00 for your
pet to enjoy a break and stay at Bayhouse with you ! We have a newly built outside area for your pet to enjoy the outdoors when you choose. This area includes 2 small, convenient gates (one on the front/side of the home, one on the back near the carport and walkway) for letting your pet in and out, as well as a covered area for
shade or protection.

All reservations require a guest contract which you'll receive via the contact or email you provide at time of booking; it provides all the property guidelines and even some continually updated Cape area tips ! Your "Welcome" email will be send the days just prior to your arrival day, and include all final check-in instructions, codes, etc.
A copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes is requested.
