WindMark Community - The Blue Moon, A Spacious and Beautifully Decorated Home!
It's once in a Blue Moon that you find a vacation home like this one! The Blue Moon, built in 2020, is nestled in the beautiful beachside community of Windmark Beach. After spending your days at the beach or community pool, your family and friends will enjoy relaxing and playing in this spacious and beautifully decorated home that boasts four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The unique layout of this home features an attached, but separate living area complete with a bedroom, a full bathroom, living room, dining area, full kitchen, that will perfectly accommodate two families or a large multigeneration family! Relax on the oversized cloud couch in the second living room which is perfect for teens who want their own space, or a second family that has little ones who need a quiet place for naps. The open concept living area in the main house comfortably seats eight at the dining room table and then another four at the kitchen island. A modern and fully stocked kitchen will make those large family dinners a breeze. After dinner, enjoy a cocktail (or two) on the back porch or sitting by the firepit!
When you're ready to hit the beach, jump in the golf cart or hop on one of 4 bikes included. If you choose to walk, it’s four minutes from door to sand! Your day will be filled with adventure when you and the family explore our beautiful waters with two stand up paddle boards! After a long day at the beach, cool off in the large community pool.

For years, our family has rented other people’s vacation homes. Over these years, we have taken note of things we loved, and things that we did not. With this home, we have tried to think of all the things that make vacationing comfortable and appealing. We have a large family, and the things we think are important are lots of space, a comfortable and inviting outdoor area, a well-equipped and stocked kitchen (I hate having to bring spices!!), lots of towels, and a comfortable couch that fits everyone!! This home was appealing to us because it fit all our criteria. We absolutely love the home and have fallen in love with the neighborhood, and with Port St. Joe. Windmark Beach is near downtown Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas, and Apalachicola.
Golf Cart – The golf cart is included with the rental once approval has been made by the owner. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to drive the golf cart.
Paddle Boards - The paddle boards are included with the rental.

The living room in the attached suite has an oversized cloud couch. The main living room has one futon and a sectional sofa. The futon in the main living room can be used for sleeping if needed.

Other things to know:
* The house and City of Port St. Joe is on the western most section of the Eastern Time Zone in Florida. Enough so, that your cell phone may tell you otherwise.
* If you are planning to fish, check https://myfwc.com/license/ and https://myfwc.com/license/recreational/saltwater-fishing/shoreline-faqs/
* Windmark Beach has 24 hour security. The golf cart is a motor vehicle and all rules of the road apply. Underaged and non-licensed drivers can be pulled over and ticketed.
* Boat parking is not available in Windmark Beach, but there is a place very close by that offers reasonably priced boat parking.
* Windmark beach has two restaurants, a bar, and a candy and ice cream shop all accessible by the golf cart.
* Grocery shopping options in Port St. Joe are the Dollar General and the Piggly Wiggly. * The Piggly Wiggly does not sell alcohol. Both are within a five-minute drive from the home.
* Port St. Joe has an adorable farmer’s market and local vendor sale the first and third Saturday of the month. It is located at the end of Reid Avenue near the gazebo.
* There is no smoking allowed on this property. The house is monitored on the front and back with security cameras with audio.
