Focusing on your comfort, the cozy apartment (35 m²) is ideal for 3 people. The apartment is located on the underground floor.
The configuration of apartments is as follows: a living room with a full-size bed and sofa -bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables, Smart TV LED - 40'' (YouTube and Netflix it’s free for our guests), a dining table that can also be used as a workplace, a bathroom and kitchen.

The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, a water kettle, a coffee machine, etc.
