The deck out back is a great spot to sit and chat in the evenings. Evergreen trees surround the new Solo stove and give a cozy vibe of privacy and that northwest feel in the convenience of a neighborhood.

Feel free to park in the driveway. If you have a second car, free, safe and easy to find parking is very close to the house. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

This is our home when we are not away traveling, so you will see that it has everything you need to live comfortably as well as traces of our family personality. We have had guests for so many years and we love sharing our home with travelers who appreciate our Portland roots.

Guests can access the whole house except for areas that are locked. We live here when we are not traveling, so a few closets/rooms will have our belongings and are locked, and certain cabinets will be zip tied shut. Those are off limits to guests. The garage is also off limits. Please remember this is our home that we live in, but while we are away, we are glad to offer it for you to enjoy respectfully.

I will be available to message anytime and if a need arises for me to be there in person, I will be there, or send a capable person to manage any needs.

We are in a quiet neighborhood near PCC Rock Creek campus. Close to intel and Nike headquarters. Great dog park just a short walk. We are a 20 min drive to downtown, an hour to the beach, and close to shopping and dining. Top golf is a favorite nearby as well as many great bars and dining options.

There are several public transit stops really close by. Uber and Lyft are easily to grab as well. Parking on site as on neighborhood streets is easy, safe and free.

Notes: -No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). Underage drinking and/or partying is not allowed on the rental property. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

- Guest must send government issued ID to retain reservation within 24 hours of booking.

-The maximum occupancy is STRICTLY enforced. Please do not leave children under the age of 18 alone in the unit. Unregistered guests are not permitted without approval. Local management will ask you to leave immediately with no refund if the reservation was made under false pretenses, you are underage, or if there is evidence of non-registered guests. Guests observed on the property above the authorized limit will be charged an additional rate of $50 per person, per night. Unregistered guests observed on the property not spending the night will be charged $50 per person, per day.

Basic rules are as follows:
-Quiet hours from 10pm-7am
-Limit to one dog per stay, unless prior approval. Guests must pick up after pet waste. $100 fee for evidence of pet waste left behind. Bags are provided for your convenience.
-No cats.
-Parking is limited to one vehicle in the driveway and one more on the street.
-No smoking anywhere inside property. $200 fee for evidence of smoking left behind.
-Not suitable for parties or events.
