Stunning riverfront views of the Willamette welcome you to this spacious home just south of downtown Portland. Every room faces the river for spectacular river views no matter where you are. The opposite bank has been set aside as a conserved green space and will never be developed, so you can enjoy natural views all year round. The large covered deck features a custom 12-foot table and four six-foot benches. The adjacent patio features a gas grill for summertime cookouts.

All-new furnishings and elegant home decor fill the two-story interior, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for your whole family. Kick back for streaming on the smart TV or board games in the living room, or set up at the dedicated desk to take care of some work-from-home needs. The massive open-concept kitchen is equipped for gourmet meal planning with features including a six-burner ZLINE-brand gas range/oven and a beverage fridge. The Keurig coffee maker features single-serve and traditional drip settings for morning brew convenience. The wet bar is equipped for happy hour hosting with features including a sink, a fridge, plenty of glasses, and bottle openers. All three bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms and walk-in closets. A mini-split air-conditioner is equipped in every room.

The home is close to downtown Portland, local nature trails, Sellwood's antique district, and the Oregon City Falls. Multnomah Falls is just a short drive up the scenic Columbia River Gorge. The beach is also an easy day trip option. Seasonal farmers' markets, outdoor music venues, local shops, and riverside restaurants are all just minutes away in Oregon City. The Portland Waterfront is a haven for many year-round events and activities.

Important! Do not walk onto on the river dock which belongs to the adjacent property. You will be cited for trespassing.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
