This cozy flat, located in a quiet residential area in Vila Nova de Gaia, is very close to Santo Ovidio Metro station, 10 minutes far from the center of Oporto.

Just a few minutes away from the flat you can visit the WOW - World of Wine, a cultural district with 7 museums, 12 restaurants & bars, and a lot more to discover, various Wine Cellars (such as Cálem, Ferreira, Sandeman, Fonseca,...), and you can stroll along the river enjoying the best possible view of the Dom Luis Bridge and Cais da Ribeira, the famous street with colorful houses.

This property, located in an old building, has just been renovated.
It can accommodate 4 people and has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a private porch.
To reach this flat it will be necessary to take the stairs, as there is no lift.

Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Kitchen Utensils, Tableware, Coffee Machine, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Iron, Washing Machine, Television, and Hair Dryer.
