This delightful 45 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access, although it is necessary to climb stairs to reach it. Guests have access to private parking in the building.

It is designed with open and modern living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries. A washing machine is added for extra comfort.

The bedroom is stylishly decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Santo Ildefonso is a picturesque neighbourhood in Porto, known for its beautiful tiled buildings and the striking Igreja de Santo Ildefonso, a baroque church with blue azulejos depicting scenes from the saint’s life. It offers a more local, relaxed vibe compared to Porto's tourist-heavy areas, with charming streets, cafés, and shops.

The area is also conveniently located for exploring attractions like Avenida dos Aliados and the Ribeira district. It’s an ideal spot for visitors who want to experience Porto’s authentic atmosphere, blending historic charm with modern city life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just 300 meters away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
