The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other handy appliances.

The bedroom on the mezzanine floor is a relaxing area featuring a double bed, a wardrobe, and hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom is well-appointed with towels and toiletries, ensuring you have everything needed to freshen up.

The studio is professionally cleaned before your arrival to provide a comfortable stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is ideally situated for travellers looking to explore the area. Within close proximity, guests can visit the iconic Luís I Bridge and the famous Livraria Lello bookstore. For dining options, there are excellent restaurants and bars nearby, such as Restaurante Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. With its great location and proximity to popular attractions, this accommodation is a perfect choice for those wanting to experience all that Porto has to offer.

It is conveniently situated just a 2-minute walk from the 24 de Agosto station and a 9-minute walk from the Heroísmo station.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
