This charming 36m² studio is ideally located right in front of Porto’s Sé Cathedral and within walking distance of top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. It is located on the 3rd floor via stairs.

The space is designed for comfort. It features a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery. A charming peninsula as a dining table and a TV for your favourite shows.

Next to it, the sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed to ensure a restful sleep.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is one of Porto’s most vibrant and famous areas. This trendy thoroughfare is home to various restaurants, shops and cafes, making it the perfect spot for sightseeing. Be sure to check out Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral and Clérigos Tower while you're here - they're all must-see attractions and located a few steps away. Some of the buildings worth visiting are the Casa dos Maias and the Casa dos Sousa e Silva.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train/metro station, S. Bento, is just a 6-minute walk.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
